The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director, Omnichannel and Digital Analytics, are to:

  • Play a critical role in the changing digital environment by guiding organizational focus on enhancing our marketing digital footprint
  • Function as a proactive, consultative business partner who works closely with key brand stakeholders to inform business decisions through rigorous analyses and actionable insights
  • Lead development of KPIs aligned to business objectives for tracking Digital/Multichannel/Omnichannel activity
  • Stand-up processes to evaluate digital campaign performance through interactive dashboarding (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Provide analysis and tools to support campaign ROI optimization
  • Work closely with our agencies and vendors to de-construct their approach and methodology while identify opportunities to transition responsibilities internally
  • Drill into and report on website traffic, understanding levels of engagements
  • Conduct deep-dive ad hoc analytics to better understand our customer engagement with digital promotions
  • Supporting our omnichannel vision by assisting with the brand targeting through digital channels and understanding how it pairs with our personal selling efforts
  • Work closely with IT counterpart to influence ongoing data collection and 3rd party tag quality assurance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Post-graduate degree in quantitative field highly desired (Statistics, Management Science, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics etc.);
  • 7+ years digital marketing analytics experience, preferrable in supporting pharmaceutical industry
  • Should have capability of drilling deep into data and doing hands-on analytics work
  • Experience in data reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, PowerBI, R Shiny, etc
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Adobe SiteCatalyst
  • Prior experience with web traffic analytics and reporting (Adobe, Google, etc.)
  • Understanding of various MarTech ecosystems
  • Knowledgeable of third party platforms for deploying targeted digital tactics (i.e. Medscape, Biopharm, etc.)
  • Proficiency in performance analytics on SEO/banner display ads
  • Strong coding technical skills (R, Python, SQL, etc)
  • Highly proficient in traditional analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Robust analytical/quantitative skills and knowledge with the ability and interest in understanding the big picture
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholder groups
  • Proven team and project leadership skills, and ability to work independently
  • Keen attention to detail, organization, and strong troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with orchestrated digital marketing (omnichannel)
  • Understanding of optimal tagging construct
